Electronization of Russian Trademark Certificates

The Russian Patent Office issued a federal government order on June 17, 2021, officially introducing electronic certificates and certificates for registered trademarks in Russia.
After digitization, the official will only issue electronic certificates/certificates, including:
1. Registered Trademark Certificate
2. Proof of Change
3. Transfer Certificate
4. Renewal Certificate
After June 17, 2021, the official will only issue electronic documents for all certificates and certificates. If the applicant requires a paper certificate or proof, they need to submit a letter requesting the paper certificate/proof to the official and pay the official fee.
